Kim has extensive training in medical and emergency services, team building, NJ Grows’ ITERS and ECERS programs, Creative Curriculum, Family Engagement and much more.  She works to provide a comfortable environment that allows each child to develop self-confidence, self-discipline, and a good self-image. She strives continuously to provide a safe and loving environment for the children to grow socially and emotionally.  Kim has two grown boys, Gene and Kory, a sixteen-year-old daughter, Brooke, and was recently promoted to Grammy in 2023.  In her spare time Kim loves to host parties, cook, shop and travel with her close-knit family.
